Hey, thanks for being here!
Let me tell you a little bit about my journey thus far.
I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2019 with a product-based business (more on this below) and today, I’m a Top 5% Podcaster, an Empowerment Coach specializing in subconscious reprogramming, and author.
I’d have to say my “empowerment journey” started in 2015 though [trigger warning] with a serious car accident that left me fighting for my survival. When I woke up in the hospital days later, I was told my life was going to look a lot different - I wasn’t going to be able to complete my university degree, return to work, or live independently again.
In a moment, I saw my life flash in front of my eyes. Reflecting on my experiences up until that point I asked myself:
“Why didn’t I say yes to that opportunity?”
“Why didn’t I take that chance?”
“Why didn’t I believe in myself?”
It was then that I came to one of the worst (though now I see it as the greatest) realizations: I had created my own “road blocks” in life. The only real limitations I had experience in my life up until that point, were the ones I accepted in my own mind.
So, I made a promised to myself that, moving forward, I was going to do things differently. I promised myself that if I felt called towards something, I was going to allow myself to just do it - Because this is the experience I came here for. And it's in the doing of that very thing that will guide me towards th next phase of my divine expansion.
A short (but really long) 3 years later, through persistency and dedication, I was able to return to “normal” living with my university degree in hand! I later started product-based business of producing kombucha (a fermented tea beverage) before pivoting into coaching and podcasting in 2023.
After experiencing my transformation I felt called to share it with others, and I always loved talking with others so podcasting was the perfect fit for me!
In less than 1 year, it had reached Top 10% and had been streamed in over 38 countries. I believe, this is what could happen when we begin sharing our authentic message with the world.
We all have a powerful message and wisdom to share because, let’s face it, we’ve all been through some tough sh*t. I believe when we overcome something, we have an unspoken duty to share it with the world in some form - whether it’s through art, dance, music, writing, speaking, etc.
Our biggest challenge is to not believe the voice of limitation inside our own mind that loves to tell us why we can’t or shouldn’t do what we would love to do.

The evolution of Trésor House
2019
Trésor started off as a kombucha company. In summer of 2019, Jessica began selling her home brewed kombucha at her local farmer's market in Timmins, ON.
2021
Trésor Kombucha grew out of Jessica's home kitchen and into a commercial kitchen to accommodate commercial sales.
The company was awarded as Link North's PITCH 2021 winner, and this helped spread brand awareness around the Northern Eastern Region.
2022
Trésor Kombucha had made it into two dozen grocery retailers around North Eastern Ontario.
Jessica created the Trésor Homebrew Masterclass to help others create their own kombucha from home. The course is available on Udemy.
2023
After much introspection, Jessica made the difficult decision to discontinue the commercial kombucha line and turn her full attention towards coaching, podcasting, and other empowering initiatives under the brand name Trésor House.
January 4, 2023 - Jessica launched the podcast under the name of Empower from Within
January 11, 2023 - Jessica and co-authors published their bestselling book, Manifesting with Purpose
February 26, 2023 - the last day that Trésor Kombucha was available in commercial stores
2024
Jessica created the company's signature program, Just Launch! to help other solo-entrepreneurs and creatives launch their own podcasts and elevate their influence.
The podcast pivoted into The Feminine Initiate as it's known today.
As humans, we're always growing and evolving, and we must give ourselves the permission to explore new inclinations. After all, a life without passion is not living - it's merely existing. No matter where you are at in life, know that you do not have to live according to an old story.
